Patrick and his wife Kami met at Anderson University and have been married since 2001. Together, they raise three amazing kids—Jada, Asher, and Hines—and one expressive rescue dog, Findlay or Finn or Mayonaise as Hines calls him. Patrick is a movie buff, PEZ dispenser collector, builder of things, outdoor wanderer, and motorcycle rider when the weather cooperates and the schedule allows.
Patrick has been an ordained minister since 2001, with a heart that beats for building community, extending radical hospitality, and helping individuals and groups discover their gifts, purpose, and potential. His leadership is rooted in service, connection, and inclusion—and it’s just as comfortable around a campfire as it is in a boardroom.
Through his company, Pachlain Incorporated, founded in 2019, Patrick combines creativity, spiritual insight, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking to serve individuals and organizations seeking deeper purpose and fresh perspective. Whether he's coaching a leader, consulting with a team, or helping someone “Discover Their Good,” his approach is always custom-made, values-centered, and deeply collaborative.
Locally, Patrick has poured into Hamilton County through a wide range of roles. He’s the part-time Executive Director and co-founder of SERVE Noblesville, ministers alongside Faith Community (an organic model of free-range Christians), and serves as Board Emeritus for the Noblesville Schools Education Foundation. He’s also an ex officio board member for Noblesville Main Street and Noblesville Creates, a board director for the Advancing Noblesville Chamber Foundation, and a former co-founder and board member for the Noblesville Diversity Coalition. You’ll also find him regularly volunteering at places like the Boys & Girls Club and The Gathering House. He’s previously served as moderator and emcee for various events including the Noblesville Mayor’s Forums, hosted by the Hamilton County League of Women Voters and the Noblesville Chamber of Commerce.
Internationally, Patrick has cultivated a long-term partnership with the community of Guys Hill and Lime Hall, Jamaica, where he’s led over three dozen cultural exchange trips—returning each time with more laughter, deeper relationships, and a reinforced belief in the power of shared community.
A proud alum of the Hamilton County Leadership Academy (and its 2024 Dean), Patrick brings a thoughtful, nontraditional lens to leadership, community, and culture. He doesn’t quite fit the mold—and that’s the point. His journey has led him into roles where creativity meets compassion and where doing good is as important as doing it well.
